Lead Unity developer

Green Panda Games is mobile game publisher with dozens of million users on iOS and Android playing our games each month, in more than 150 countries!

We primarily create and publish idle games, but also games from diverse categories, ranging from casual (card game, puzzle) to hyper-casual (arcade, sport). We are looking to further grow our creation and publishing businesses at a rapid pace.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Development of games on Unity:

• Work with the rest of the development team to code any game system including Gameplay, AI, graphics, physics, networking, sound and framework, and keep it coherent with existing code;

• Do builds and deploy to the store;

• Show ownership and be responsible for the development of new features;

• Teamwork organization and distribution of tasks

• Providing feedback for employee

• Estimation of the tasks

• Employee development

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• We are not looking for experienced Lead, we are looking for someone who wants to lead a team. It could be experienced developer with a desire to grow in people management.

• At least 4 years of experience working on a unity developer position in Gamedev;

• Good knowledge of C# and Unity;

• OOP knowledge and design patterns principles;

• Experience in development mobile 3D games will be a plus;

• Understanding client-server architecture in the context of game development.

• At least Intermediate level of English
