What are you working on?

• Genres: Action, Puzzle, Shooter, Casual, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;

• Develop a strategy for creatives in collaboration with the creative team;

• Make suggestions for improving campaign performance, test new hypotheses;

• Interact with network partners to build fruitful and long-term relationships;

• Test new networks and prepare them for launch.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Confirmed experience working with video networks for at least 3 years (Applovin, Unity, Google Ads, Mintegral, and others);

• Active engagement with advertising networks, agencies, and external partners;

• Understanding of network algorithms (requirements and conditions for opening additional optimizations);

• Knowledge and comprehension of marketing metrics, as well as product indicators (ARPU, LTV, ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPT, CPC, retention, and others);

• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.
