For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Create high-quality 3D character models;
Model characters in both high-poly and low-poly formats;
Perform UV unwrapping, texture baking, and texture creation using Substance Painter and Photoshop (both PBR and stylized workflows, including baked lighting/shadows in diffuse);
Collaborate closely with the art team and project manager;
Implement finalized models into the game engine.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
1+ year of experience as a 3D Character Artist;
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills;
Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender;
Confident sculpting skills in ZBrush;
Experience with Substance Painter for stylized and realistic textures;
Solid understanding of anatomy, form, and proportions;
Ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively with a development team;
Self-improvement mindset and high motivation.
Requirements

Experience setting up scenes, materials, and lighting in Unity;
Familiarity with Marvelous Designer;
Passion for shooter-style games;
Previous experience working on mobile game projects.
